Site Blog: Memes, Podcasts, and our Run-in with Skynet

It feels like it has been an entire life-time since I drafted our last site blog post. In the early days we didn't know luxuries like having a functioning automated social media platform. Nor did we know the thrill of having tens of dedicated readers checking in every week. Back then we used to get excited every time our user counts would spike, paying no mind to the fact that often they had a session time of 0:00 and a bounce rate of 100% (SPOILER ALERT: This means they are robots). Yes, we have come a long way since our barbaric youth, however the point of this article is not to reflect on the past, but to prepare for the future.

Month number two is officially behind us and content production is currently firing on all cylinders. As I'm sure all of you know, we are in the throes of a brand new season of Game of Thrones covering content outside of the A Song of Ice and Fire book series. In fact, there has been so much to discuss that we decided our regularly scheduled articles would not provide adequate coverage of the events transpiring. As a result we have started recording a weekly Game of Thrones podcast featuring Maddock ranting while drinking Whiskey Tea, and Truck recording his opinions from the floor of his acoustically sound closet. We've been doing more than just nerdy stuff too. Truck has decided to take another shot at deciphering the true meaning of love in the only way he knows how, by watching the current season of The Bachelorette and documenting his findings. And to top it all off, we have decided that it is time to focus our incredible analytic abilities beyond the realm of pop-culture, and onto the world of politics.

As our success grows larger, so too does our ambition.  Over the next few weeks we plan on creating several new lines of election-related content.  The first and foremost is a new podcast series initially focused on the 2016 Presidential Election.  You can expect to hear our questionably qualified opinions hit the airwaves of our soundcloud page some time over the next few weeks.  Apart from the podcast you can also expect to see more articles related to the election pop-up on a fairly regular basis.  Finally, you can rest easy knowing that we will continue to produce our regularly scheduled Game of Thrones and Bachelorette Nightcaps you have grown to know and love.

As always, please follow us on Twitter, Facebook, and Reddit to make sure you are always getting the latest and greatest Questionably Qualified content.  We sincerely hope we have provided an adequate distraction to your daily lives when needed, and we look forward to aiding you in your dereliction of duties for days, months, and years to come.
