Well, so much for a winning season. Last week’s crushing results have dropped us below .500 on the season, but at least it’s a situation we’re familiar with. I’m starting to think these “Vegas” people might know what they’re doing!

Last week’s results were hardly ideal, but a slate of relatively small spreads gives us hope for a rebound this week.

We’re still waiting on an update to Patrick Mahomes’s status for tomorrow’s game, but we have the rest of the picks ready to go for this week. We’re back on a bit of a road trend, but the Niners didn’t kick things off well on Thursday. Let’s see if we can keep the winning streak going!

Last week was another great week for road teams, and it brought us up over the break-even point for the year. Now seems like a good time to bail on that particular wave, but can we pick the right home teams this time around?

Road teams are 56-34 against the spread through six weeks of the 2019 season. We’re really hoping that trend continues with 12 away teams in 14 picks this week, but at least KC and Matt Moore got us off to a good start on Thursday!
